Planned before the day, not on it
This option includes a 4-hour photo session with approximately 20-30 pro-edited photos per hour at only one location.
Coverage is agreed in advance so the moments that matter to you are on the shot list before anyone arrives.
What four hours covers

Pre-event planning
- Consultation with the photographer to discuss the party theme, preferred style (e.g., candid vs. posed), and must-have shots.
- Location scouting if the shoot includes outdoor or studio portraits before or after the party.
- Shot list creation to ensure key moments and people are captured.

Event coverage
- Arrival and venue details: decor, cake, signage, table settings, and ambiance.
- Guest arrivals and greetings: candid moments of hugs, reactions, and excitement.
- Portraits of the birthday teen: solo shots in their outfit(s), often with dramatic lighting or styled backdrops.
- Group photos with family, friends, and special guests.
- Key moments: candle-lighting ceremony, toasts and speeches, cake cutting, first dance or choreographed performance, and gift opening if done publicly.

Post-production and delivery
- Professional editing: colour correction, retouching, and stylized enhancements.
- Digital gallery: high-resolution images for download and sharing.
Pricing and extras
- Add $150.00 for any additional hour.
- Additional fees for added time and multiple locations.
- Approximately 20-30 pro-edited photos per hour, at one location.
What to expect
After choosing a shoot location, we will visit it ahead of time to design a shoot plan. Then we'll spend time walking with you through the site asking questions. And if the site is new to us, we'll take test photographs.
Each service will require a custom process.
